    Eligibility 

  1. Let’s Insure customers will gain one entry into the draw for each eligible insurance policy held by the customer that is in force with no premium arrears as at 28 February 2017 and monthly thereafter until 11.59pm AEST on 30 April 2017 and on the date of the draw. “Eligible insurance policy” means a paying Let’s Insure Funeral Cover Policy; or a Let’s Insure Life Cover Policy; or a Let’s Insure Easy Life Insurance Policy or a Let’s Insure Accident Insurance Policy.
  2. Competition is only open to Let’s Insure Policy Holders aged 18 years and over.
  3. All entries will be made in the name of the Policy Holder. Entries will be limited to one entry per Policy irrespective of the number of individual insurances held under the plan. Previous winners of the ‘Rewarding You’ Giveaway will not be excluded from the draw.
  4. All eligible persons will be automatically entered into the draw and are not required to submit an entry form to enter.
  5. Let’s Insure reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the offer eligibility process, who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who has, in Let’s Insures opinion, engaged in conduct in applying for this Gift Card offer which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of Let’s Insure.

    6. Prize

  6. The total prize pool is five $500 Gift Cards per month, for the duration of the promotional period, totalling $7,500.
  7. The prize is one $500 gift card per winner as chosen by the winner from one of the following options – Red Balloon $500 Gift Card, Woolworths WISH $500 Gift Card or an Eftpos $500 Gift Card.
  8. The Gift Card is not transferable or exchangeable. If a Gift Card or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant recipient of the Gift Card (“Recipient”) is liable for payment of such tax. Additional Terms and conditions apply to the use of the Gift Card. Please see the back of the card or email for additional information.
  9. The Gift Card will be delivered via Let’s Insure’s chosen delivery method; either post or email. Let’s Insure will not be responsible for any damaged, undelivered, lost or stolen Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
  10. Gift Cards will be issued within 10 days of eligibility being determined.
  11. Let’s Insure reserves the right to request the Recipient of the Gift Card to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated delivery address and/or proof of offer eligibility in order to claim the Gift Card. Proof of identification, residency and eligibility considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Let’s Insure. In the event that suitable proof cannot be provided, the Gift Card offer will be forfeited in whole and no substitute offer will be made.
  12. If the Gift Card is not redeemed by the winner by the expiry date on the card, Let’s Insure will not issue a replacement.

    13. Draw

  13. Each winner will be drawn using the electronic “Pick My Winner” drawing system on 8th day of December 2016, January 2017 and February 2017 at 2pm at Level 11 North Tower, 1-5 Railway Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. The winners will be the first eligible entries drawn. 
  14. The winners will be notified by phone within 2 business days of the draw and the result will be published on the Let’s Insure website at http://www.letsinsure.com.au/. The winner consents to the publication of their details for this purpose and agrees to participate in such reasonable promotional activities regarding this promotion as requested by Let’s Insure. Providing the consent for publication of their details is a pre-condition to the winner receiving the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, Let’s Insure reserves the right to redraw the prize.

    15. General Conditions

  15. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other material then these Terms & Conditions will override.
  16. The promoter is Let’s Insure, which is a trading name of Select AFSL Pty Ltd (ABN 34 151 931 618) of Level 11 North Tower, 1-5 Railway Street, Chatswood NSW 2067 (“Let’s Insure”).
  17. The promotion closes on 31 January 2017.
  18. Let’s Insure’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into on such matters.
  19. Staff and their immediate families of Let’s Insure and any business providing services or benefits to this promotion are ineligible to enter.
